What Emails We Send
We keep our email communication simple and limited to two types:
- Transactional emails: These relate directly to an order or action you’ve taken with us, such as order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and receipts.
- Abandoned cart emails: If you add items to your cart but don’t complete your purchase, we may send a follow-up reminder email.
What We Don’t Do
We do not send unsolicited marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content unless you have specifically opted in to receive them. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Unsubscribing
Every abandoned cart email we send includes a clear, working unsubscribe link. If you click this link, you will be removed from future abandoned cart reminders.
Please note that transactional emails (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) are considered essential communications related to a purchase you’ve made, and cannot be unsubscribed from, as they contain important information about your order.
Our Commitment
We take email privacy seriously and aim to comply with New Zealand’s Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. If you ever receive an email from us that you believe is unwanted, unclear, or doesn’t match what’s described on this page, please let us know so we can look into it.
