At Eckco, we offer a selection of secure payment options at checkout. Choose the method that works best for you, then complete your order with confidence.

Multiple Payment Methods at Checkout

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and include:

  • Credit & Debit Card: Pay securely using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or eligible debit cards.
  • Account-to-Account (Instant Bank Transfer): Pay online directly from your ANZ, ASB, BNZ, or Westpac account via Flik. Powered by Open Banking NZ standards.
    Note: Customers banking with other institutions (such as Kiwibank) will need to select the Manual Bank Transfer option.
  • PayPal Express: Pay with your PayPal balance or an eligible debit or credit card through PayPal.
  • PayPal Direct Credit Card: Pay with an eligible debit or credit card through PayPal’s secure card gateway without needing a PayPal account.
  • Afterpay: Pay in four interest-free instalments over six weeks, subject to Afterpay approval and terms.
  • Manual Bank Transfer: Pay via standard internet banking using the account details provided after checkout.

Is Credit & Debit Card Payment Secure?

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely through Flik or PayPal Direct.
Eckco does not store or access your card details on its own servers.
Both Flik and PayPal utilise 3D Secure (3DS2) authentication, end-to-end TLS encryption, and tokenization in full compliance with PCI DSS enterprise security standards.

How Secure is Account-to-Account (Flik)?

Account-to-Account payments are authorised directly within your existing New Zealand banking app via Flik.
Flik works directly with major New Zealand banks under Open Banking NZ standards. Your internet banking login credentials remain completely within your bank’s secure portal and are never seen, accessed, or stored by Flik or Eckco.

Is Paying with PayPal Safe?

When you choose PayPal Express, your full card or bank-account details are not shared with Eckco.
PayPal uses encrypted technology to help protect payment and transaction information.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Add your items to the cart, then enter your discount or promotional code in the relevant field at checkout.
Your discount will apply before payment is completed. Only one discount code can be used per order unless the promotion states otherwise.
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot usually be combined with another offer unless the promotion clearly says they can be used together.
