When are orders sent?
Once payment has been confirmed, orders are sent the same business day or the following business day, depending on the time the order is placed.
Orders are sent Monday to Friday by courier to business and residential addresses, including rural areas.
Delivery without a signature
If you would like your parcel left without a signature, such as by the front door, add your instructions to the order notes at checkout.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered without a signature.
International shipping
International shipping is currently available to:
- Australia
- Canada
- Fiji
- Cook Islands
- Samoa
- Switzerland
- Tonga
United States: Shipping is not currently available.
New Zealand delivery
Orders are sent by tracked courier. Delivery is often overnight, but please allow the following time from dispatch.
- North Island: 1–2 business days
- South Island: 1–3 business days
- Rural addresses: 2–5 business days
Delivery address: Physical business and residential addresses, rural addresses and PO Boxes.
Price: From $6.99 NZD. Free shipping is available for orders over $85.00 NZD.
Australia delivery
Orders to Australia are sent by standard priority international air, unless another shipping option is selected at checkout.
Estimated time: Usually 3–10 business days from dispatch. Some deliveries may take 10–14 business days.

- Delivery address: Physical business and residential addresses, or PO Boxes.
