When are orders sent?
Once your order has been received and payment is confirmed it will be sent the same or following business day depending on the time of your order. Orders are sent Monday - Friday via a signature required courier to any business or residential address (including rural areas).
If you would like your parcel left somewhere without signing eg. by the front door, please put your instructions in the order notes at checkout.
Please note: Kawakawa Balm cannot accept any responsibility for orders delivered without a signature.
Estimated Time - Within New Zealand
Delivery is usually overnight but allow 1 - 3 business days from dispatch to a physical urban business or residential address.
Delivery to a PO BOX is OK
